Refund policy

Products purchased on the Pickle Net Pro Shop are created on demand and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We will only accept returns on manufacturer's defect or production error within 14 days. 

For a return or exchange of a defective item, contacting customer service at 281-356-2386 or emailing info@picklenetproshop.com . Items received without authorization  will not be processed. 

No personalized item(s) will be accepted for exchange unless it contains a production error by Our Staff.

Cancellation Policy

NO Cancellations will be allowed.  An order is considered "placed" or "live" as soon as you receive your confirmation and order number.

By entering your credit card information and submitting your order, you are agreeing to this policy.

Any orders that are returned in full will fall under the cancellation policy and be charged half price per item for the return. Taxes and freight charges are not refundable.
